Melanie Iglesias is best known for being a correspondent on MTV’s “Off the Bat”. Melanie hosts the baseball meets pop culture show with Sway, Fat-Joe, and Chris Distefano where they play pranks, interview players and celebrities, play in-studio games, and showcase lifestyle features. She also known for MTV’s Guy Code/Girl Code, where she gives insight from a woman’s point of view about the ins and outs of the code.
Melanie is a Brooklyn native who began her modeling career when she won Maxim’s Hometown Hotties back in 2010. Since then, she has been featured in Esquire as “Woman of 2012”, Vibe Magazine's "30 Sexiest Celebrities Under 30”, and Latina Magazine’s “30 Under 30 of 2014”. In addition to modeling, Melanie created a YouTube channel to showcase her comedy skills, with videos entitled "The Melanie Iglesias Flip Books" as well as the web series titled "What Girls Really. The videos have drawn over ten millions hits.
With her fun and charming personality, her popularity grows daily online with her current social media numbers on Twitter (over 725K followers) and Instagram (over 1.2 million followers). In her spare time, she loves to go to concerts, studying improv, create music, working out, writing and be heavily involved in charities, such as Autism Speaks. She loves animals, and is a huge elephant lover. Melanie currently resides in Los Angeles.
