If you are a party of 8+ please email tickets@arlingtondrafthouse.com after purchase so we can reserve a section for your group.
We do not seat more than 8 people together, but we can seat the group in a section next to each other. When arriving please do not rearrange the table sections. Please ask staff for assistance and we will be more than happy to organize your group. If you are purchasing tickets separately than the rest of your group, please leave a reservation name in the section "Group Code" while purchasing.

What are the policies in place for children?
Our general policy is all events are 21+ with the exception that 7pm shows anyone Under 21 must be accompanied by a parent. No one under 21 will be admitted to 9:30pm showtimes, no exceptions. Please also refer to individual event description for any updates to certain shows.

Do you require a minimum purchase?
No minimum required. Order as you please.

Do I need to print my tickets?
No. You may use your email confirmation as entry. Will call and cash/credit purchase at the box office is one line. There is not a separate will call area. Please have a valid government issued ID ready at check in.

What is preferred seating or VIP?

Preferred seating is seating closest to the stage. VIP tickets will have a description on the purchase page (these tickets will often include a meet & greet or merchandise items).

How does seating work?

All general admission seating is first come first serve (unless you have purchased Preferred or VIP tickets). Tableside service is also based on first come first serve. If you are the last customer in the venue your service will be based on arrival. During sold out shows tables might need to shared. Scroll down to see seating arrangements.

I purchased tickets through a 3rd party website?

We always recommend purchasing the tickets through ArlingtonDrafthouse.com. There are many websites reselling our tickets for an inflated price and fee. These are not partner websites and there is nothing we can do once these tickets are purchased. Please check out website first for options. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets obtained through any third-party seller or other sources. Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored.

I purchased tickets, but have not received a confirmation?

Please check spam or junk email folders. All tickets are will call tickets. You will be checked in at the box office upon arrival for the show. You do not need a hard ticket for entry, just a valid ID for check in. If you do not show a charge on your bank or credit card account, the transaction did not complete. Make sure all info including address and zip code are correct at check out. If you need further assistance, you can email tickets@arlingtondrafthouse.com (please note: responses might take up to 24 hours).

How does ticket protection work?

At checkout you will have the option to purchase Ticket Protection. This option allows you to cancel your order up to 24 hours before showtime to receive a FULL REFUND minus protection fee. All tickets are otherwise NON-REFUNDABLE without this protection. No exceptions. All cancelation requests must be sent to info@arlingtondrafthouse.com. Cancelation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted and all funds will be forfeited.

Do you offer food, specials?

Is the venue handicap accessible?

How do I buy tickets?

What are box office hours?
Box office will open at Doors Open time for each event. We only presell tickets through our website online. The Box Office is no longer staffed outside of event hours.

How do I speak with a human?
We no longer staff our box office line, but you may call 571-765-5904 and press 4 to leave a message. You may also request a call by sending an emaill to info@arlingtondrafthouse.com. Please include the reason for your call in the email. All ticketing questions or requests must be emailed to tickets@arlingtondrafthouse.com

Where do I park?

The Drafthouse parking lot is behind the McDonalds & 7-11 located next to us (see picture below). There are 2 large signs (one sign reads "NO FRINGE PARKING"). This is free parking. There is also street parking and parking on the first level of the Apartment complex located directly across the street from the Drafthouse (Parking entrance on Walter Reed Dr). Please make sure to pay meters accordingly.

When should we arrive for shows?
We always recommend arriving at doors open or as close to as possible. We are a first come first serve seating, so arrive early to get the best seats and fastest service!

Can I bring food and beverage in?
No outside food, beverages, or beverage containers (including coffee and water bottles) may be brought inside the venue. We will not hold or store outside food/beverages. Best bet is not to bring them.

How do I order food/beverage?
All food/beverage is ordered tableside. A server will come around to your table.

Starting a tab?
You may be asked to preauthorize a credit card to start a tab. We pre-auth the card for $50. If this is a debit card you may see a pending charge for a period of time until it is released.

Do you allow photography and or video/audio recordings?
Absolutely no photography or audio/video recording allowed. You will be asked to exit the theater as content of the show is property of performers.

Do you have a coat check?
No.

Are animals allowed?

Is there an ATM onsite?
No

What is the dress code?
Shirts and shoes are required, otherwise casual.

What is the refund / exchange program?
We have a no refunds policy for all events, unless event is cancelled by the venue. We now offer ticket protection that will provide a refund option if you should need it. It is available at checkout.

What are the prohibited items?
Pets, alcohol, drugs, laser pointers, banners, backpacks, flyers, outside food & beverage or weapons of any kind. Purses and bags will be searched upon entry.

What is the code of conduct, guest expectation?
Be an adult. Heckling or show disruption will not be tolerated and will result in dismissal from the theater.

Smoking?
We are a non-smoking venue. Including: Cigarettes, Cigars & Vaping

Do you sell merchandise?
Not at this time. Coming Soon!

Inclement Weather
If a show is cancelled for a weather related reason we will contact all ticket holders via email with all options for show transfers or refunds.
